At Surimaaster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition. It should not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
- Packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number must be provided to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Personalized or customized products
- Clearance or final sale items

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a return authorization and provide you with the return instructions.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, and ensure the return authorization is included.
- Ship the Item: Ship the return item to the address provided by our team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund process may take 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us, and we will assist you with the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or refund. If the product is damaged during shipping, we may require you to send us photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
International Returns
